Breaking News: TouchCast Studio for iPad now embraces the new iOS 11 Files system.
Install that update here on the App Store and see how integration has never been easier.
Over the years, we’ve heard you ask the same thing again and again: how can I transfer files from my iPad so I can use them in TouchCast Studio? We added connections to cloud storage systems like Google Drive, Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, and Box, and while that was a band-aid solution at the time, none of these are native to the iOS experience. Now with Apple releasing Files, the iPad finally has a native cloud storage solution. That means anytime you save a file to your iCloud on any Apple device—like your Mac or your iPhone—this file is immediately available to use inside TouchCast Studio.
Even better? For TouchCast Partners with the .tct export option (meaning you can export a fully interactive TouchCast video), you can save your .tct to the Files/iCloud system. Integration is a two-way street.
Bottom line, this means making a TouchCast video in Studio just got a whole lot faster. So when that presentation deadline is looming, you’re not going to waste time emailing links or navigating tricky file services. And when you consider the recent addition of TouchCast Stock (free to all Partners), you’re no longer going to spend hours searching for things like background videos for the green screen, stock images for vApps, or music for a soundtrack. Everything you need for your presentation is at your fingertips, from your files to your stock materials.
